Two instant Quality of Life improvements in macOS:

Settings > Keyboard:

1. Keyboard navigation: ENABLED (Oldie-but-goodie)

2. Text Input > Input Sources > Edit… > Show inline predictive text: DISABLED

Became really noticeable (i.e. annoying) after an unknown Sonoma update.
